Account deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app from Player Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. The app explains what will be removed and asks you to confirm before deletion begins. If deletion fails, your account and local data remain intact so you can retry.
Privacy choices
Phone discoverability is optional, presence visibility is off by default, and system permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. See the HeyMahj Privacy Policy for details about information use, retention, and deletion.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that your device has an internet connection for online play and account actions.
- For nearby play, confirm that Local Network access is enabled for HeyMahj in iOS Settings.
- For friend discovery, confirm that Contacts access is enabled and that your phone number is saved in Edit Profile.
